Windows built in VPN any good?

Hello I had stumbled onto this article on how to set up the built in VPN client, I was wondering if this is any good, or what would be a better, possibly free way to use a VPN. -Thanks

Your VPN client has to communicate with your VPN server. If you build your own VPN, you’ll need to install a VPN server first. OpenVPN servers allow 2 free connections. https://openvpn.net/for/free-vpn-access/

I use the client for work and it is fine, better for users than a third party app

If I recall this was just their implementation of openssl on windows added.

This just replaces having to install a client on windows 10.

You still need a device or service to connect to on the other end to use it still.

That just depends on what your choice is or what you pay for.
