Hey guys, a new set of bugs has just been released. Eat up!
Ever since this update, I have been unable to launch the application.
I keep getting this:
Topshelf.HostFactory Error: 0 : An exception occurred creating the host, System.IO.FileNotFoundException: Could not load file or assembly ‘Microsoft.Win32.SystemEvents, Version=4.0.2.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken----------’. The system cannot find the file specified.
The startup time for the application has been highly degraded and slowed down after updating to this version. Anyone else facing the same issue?
This is not directly related to this update.
It’s a bug that exists for sshark since multiple years and emerges at random, it will go away the same way it came usually after days or 2 weeks.
My guess is it trys to update the server list / acc info and time outs during that or got some other issue.
Not sure why they didn’t fix it yet, I can only assume it’s some random bug that can’t be tracked easily down.
