I am currently in China, and I am trying to find a reliable VPN that has a lot of servers since I am researching various cultures. However, Astrill seems to be the only one with many servers and works in China. Panda VPN and Express VPN are down in China.
I asked Astrill about adding servers, and they said that they are not considering adding new servers…
I think it’s because most servers of them work well in China. They probably won’t fix something that’s not broken. After all they work really hard to ensure the online freedom of their users. However the disadvantages are that if users seek a varity of cultures or resources from other countries, it can become an issue. Definitely understand your situation.
