When 1.1.1.1 is on, I can't send messages or apps can't display

I notice that every time when 1.1.1.1 (6.34 4314) is turned on, my Signal, Element apps can neither send, nor receive messages. Also, my Ubereat won’t display as well. Any ways to troubleshoot this? Or how to fix it problem? Thanks

Your isp has probably blocked it you need to ask them

Those apps likely have something called certificate pinning, you need to exclude them from 1.1.1.1 entirely for them to work.

Did not know that. Is it configured in Managed excluded apps section (from Advanced > Connection options > Managed excluded apps)?
