I have been a Tunnel Bear customer for five years. Recent update is very hit or miss, no matter what country I switch to. I often have to restart my computer. If I turn Tunnel Bear off, I have no problem opening pages. So it is not wi-fi issue. I am ready to switch to another VPN. Any recommendations?
There are better VPNs than tunnel bear. Here’s a list of recommended VPNs.

Did you try uninstalling Tunnel Bear and reinstalling it? Sometimes the program installs wrong.
If it’s still not working, “Windscribe” is pretty decent for a free VPN.
I am using Mullvad for the past 5m and I am happy with it

I had same issue with Mullvad but found out that since I had a Windows 10 update it did some really crazy stuff to my email program and VPN. It is something that impacted many Windows 10 users not just a specific VPN. Has to do with how Windows 10 is dealing with WiFi chip and WiFi connection.
same mine doesnt open at all
I did an update since Tunnelbear asked me to update it and after that I cannot connect at all. Well, Tunnelbear connects, but I have no internet connection and can not reach any webpages at all.
Same here. Tunnelbear does connect, but can’t open any webpages. As soon as I close it, the pages load instantly.
