Something on Work laptop blocking VPN traffic? How to troubleshoot?

So my work laptop refuses to connect to the VPN. I’m using the FortiGate VPN client, and I’m 100% sure there’s nothing wrong with the VPN config or my network setup because the same VPN works fine on my home computer.

This makes me think something on my work laptop is blocking the VPN traffic. The work laptop has Cisco Umbrella installed but I don’t think that is the issue. Any idea how I can troubleshoot this? What should I be looking at to figure out what’s causing the block?

Try another VPN like Proton to see if it works or not.

Since this is your work PC, I’m assuming the FortiGate client is for work purpose? Why not asking the office IT?
