Router with built in VPN, How to disable

So I got fiber internet today but the router they provided has a built in VPN and I cannot find anywhere to disable it, how do I get rid of this or around it? It is stopping me from playing games I like because they block VPN’s

Maybe post make and model of said router?

As the other commenter mentioned, we need make and model of the router. Also, how do you know your ISP uses a VPN? Have they specifically mentioned it?

Maybe the make and model is printed on the bottom.

I’d first look to see if your PC itself is using a VPN, you may have (inadvertently?) installed one. Check using option 3 under ‘Windows 10 & Earlier’ (assuming you’ve Windows, shouldn’t matter if you’ve Win 11) here?

It has no markings, Its provided by the ISP. So Idk how to figure that out

It has no markings or brand on it, Its provided by the ISP so I don’t know how to figure that out and I know it has a built in VPN because I play DayZ on PC all the time and I am being blocked from joining servers because it has a built in VPN

Gigaspire Blast Model:u6.2 GS4227E

I 100% do not have a VPN installed on my PC, its this new internet without a doubt

Post a picture from all angles. Google will tell us what it is.

Can you check this link?

There’s a video on how to setup the app for your router. Not sure if this is going to work for you but worth a try to see what type of configuration can be done.

Yeah I have the app and I have logged into it on my computer and see nothing about a VPN but it defiantly has one

If there’s no setting about a VPN anywhere and you are convinced there is one that’s blocking you, then you have to call your ISP to inquire on how to disable it, since this equipment was provided by them.

I’m sorry it’s probably not the answer you want, but the only thing that you can do.

Its okay, I figured thats what I would have to do.
