Quick recommendation for a VPN to buy from other countries?

Hello, I would like a vpn to benefit from offers and discounts in other countries. A free one or at least a free trial would be nice otherwise cheapest as possible.
Can you please recommend one ?

Also I have 2 not really important questions that I’ve been asking myself for quite some time, if you want you can answer them.

  1. Which would be worst between Google’s VPN and no VPN at all in terms of privacy? Obviously no one is going be good but what’s worse ?
  2. If I need a VPN only for Netflix, buying from other countries, optionally improve my privacy and of course cheapest as possible, which one would you recommend?
