Hi there, I’m sure we can resolve this issue with just a few steps.
First, if you previously saw a limited server list with only the locations that worked for you in China, that means you had the NoBorders feature enabled, and it must have reset after the update. To re-enable it, simply go to Settings → VPN Settings, and the NoBorders switch will be at the bottom.
In case the same issue persists with it enabled, it could mean that this is actually a bug in the app itself, and not linked to your network. To resolve it, please try fully reinstalling the Surfshark application.
And lastly, if none of this helps, and you are still unable to connect to any of the locations, please try setting up the WireGuard manual connection method, which will allow you to bypass the network restrictions of China and connect your device to the VPN. To set it up, try following this guide:

I tried to delete and reinstall the app - same issue. I send in the bug, then you can hopefully find the issue in the logs.
