Just use a vpn that has a location in tokyo, it’s not like there is much of a difference, most servers would be located in tokyo anyway so you would be connecting to their location eitherway. I recommend IVPN and Mullvad.

they started accepting monero which means you’re actually anonymous and unlike bitcoin you don’t have to be scared if in the future you’ve sent BTC to some address that was later blacklisted
in short, if you want peace of mind, use monero

Dew is a PtoP sharing system that traded virtual coin credit against and gave free coins monthly to boost your shared download and uploads speed of torrents as well with some vpn advantages thrown in, and i know its original creator never wanted it to hurt anyone only help for free.
But it seems that is no longer the case since he left it 2 years ago and i will be contacting him to see what he wants to do about it to either withdraw and shut it down completely, sue the holding company etc all down to him but it needs to be fixed somehow and soon.
I said i would retract if i was wrong, and boy was i wrong lol so please read the thread below this all the way through as its full of good info not just on Dew but many other things as well. and is well worth a up-vote and i will be deleting all the other posts to avoid confusion and thanks again 1401_autocoder

VPNs cannot link accounts to IP addresses, it’s the whole point.
Dew never logged, but thats not the issue as there are far more things wrong with it than that alone.

No need to “test” to prove you wrong. It’s proven wrong by the way the company works. It’s pure ignorance that you believe this company actually doesn’t log and you don’t research about other “free no logging vpns” in the past selling user data and giving data to the government. No one use this. Servers are not free to keep up, they sell user data because that is the ONLY way for them to make money. It is pure common sense.

yep true and the company does out of the commercial license version which has a few extra features and servers, but the personal use version has to remain free to all under the 2019 agreement with the distribution company grand media ltd and must be returned if the company decides to surrender the product or ever goes insolvent or bankcrupt.
