Besides, expressvpn somehow starts in the background and always consumes 10-20% cpu. How do I uninstall it? Your uninstaller is broken!

Try shutting down your computer and uninstall it again after a fresh restart. If that didnt work, try ung Ms Tool or an uninstaller app. This should do the work.
CC cleaner makes your computer worst. No one should ever install that crap.
lol I don’t have it anymore now that I have a Mac ! But never hurt my windows laptop I only used the uninstaller
