Try using a server optimized for hulu. If that doesn’t work be a pirate… Arrrrrrrrrr
What protocol worked for you?
I used to have AT&T fiber. So, there was their router in my home. Behind that was my own router. On my own router I setup an OpenVPN client to connect to whatever VPN server I was using at the time. But basically, their router is literally just handling the fiber connection. All routing, DNS, wifi, vpn… All handled by my own router. This worked perfectly.
No. Changing protocol doesn’t effect an IP address in anyway
Well it’s common knowledge in certain circles. Not everyone pays attention like we do…
you should read http://www.vpnprosguide.com
I hope so, but to my understanding it would still be attached to Proton’s ASN.
Yes, they can know and it’s not really possible to hide.
Like the person you responded to already said, the IP addresses of VPN servers are not private. So yes, if Epic has that IP logged as a known VPN IP, then they would also have a log of your account connecting from it.
Try stealth protocol
They will know. If you go to ip.me with VPN on, your ISP will be ProtonVPN. That’s how many companies block their services.
it would be way too expensive
Ads and VPN are 2 different issues. Thanks for your feedback.
Fr. Only real investment is storage space and potentially a buy-in to a private trackers. Sonarr will automatically download and manage shows for you and Plex will display and play them just like a streaming service. Takes a while to learn and setup but it is 90% automated
Yeah. I’m just at home trying to watch Hulu & it gets mad & keeps me out. I’m not even trying to skirt location for them, to be able to watch different programs. They have enough to last 1000 lifetimes, FFS. Nevermind I have about 6 other streaming services thanks to T-Mobile’s “on us” deals
get a free warp key here this is also pirate nation from twitters server
I changed mine to a same time-zone state, so I’m hoping that fixes it. I’m not trying to skirt the system, just protect my shit.
I have it. Just pull up the create profile & boom, there it is to change it from Smart to Stealth. It’s already on the app. I do have the $12.99/mo one though, idk if that makes a difference.
I tried to add a pic but it won’t let me. I have Proton downloaded on my & I just open it & there’s the place to change from Smart to Stealth when you create profile.
Yeah. It’s pretty strange. Just came up randomly then later didn’t show anymore
If you go to settings > protocols. Default selection is “smart”. You can select the " stealth" option. Screenshot here: https://imgur.com/a/0RMP7P2
