With all services it’s dependent on the trust you have with the company. Windscribe is very transparent about what they do in their blog but even then it’s supported by trust. The no log that most vpn companies say they do is exaggerated. (All keep logs for the service to work, just the logs are useless to government and advertisers). That’s why they say no identifying meaning nothing can identify your activity. The reason people dislike it is because of its jurisdiction (Canada) but they support that off of the no log. Other minor things is its sense of humour and sometimes speed.
