I connected my macbook manually to the wifi however on my phone it doesn’t work i tried manually registering my mac address even turning off private wifi address and it doesn’t work? I’m not sure how to fix it?
You might have to register your phone on the OIT website if it’s your first time connecting with that device.

go here
choose your version
download profile → allow → iphone
go settings → search vpn → manage vpn settings
user name is (schooluser)@uci.edu
password is whatever
go back to wifi and click eduroam
disable private wifi and limit ip tracking
