[help] I can't get the extension ZenMate to work

I thought it was time to switch from Hola as I know it can do some shady shit. I’m trying out ZenMate instead.

I created and verified my account on the site and can log in just fine over there, but the extension icon in the top right is still blue.
When I click on it it opens a page that looks like this-

Anyone know what I can do about this?

I have no issues with ZenMate. Tried reinstalling ZenMate/restarting your PC?

Clear your data and cache.

Yeah I tried that, I also made sure I have the latest version of Chrome, as recommended in their FAQ.
This sucks, I want to watch US Netflix but the only free VPN I know of Hola.
