Since most players are JP anyway would it run better with a Japanese VPN?

I can’t imagine it would help in any way.

Unless you plan to physically move your PS4 to Japan. That’s not how latency works:) It would actually run worse. VPNs use up bandwidth from encryption.

That’s a good idea, but I don’t think my controller would work from that far away. And I’d have to have awfully long hdmi cables…
