Hey guys, so I live in France and wanted to preload the game. However, when I try to get to the game page https://store.steampowered.com/app/2246340/Monster_Hunter_Wilds/ , it says “sorry, this is not available in your country/region”. ( https://imgur.com/1Klayi0 )Am I the only one ? I can’t even try to pre purchase the game or anything since I cannot access that page.
When I use incognito mode or without account, I can see the page but as soon as I sign in, it tells me that it’s not available for me x)
Edit : so I’ve tried creating a new account and that works. However I lose access to games I had bought 
My old account is like 10+ years old and had not played for that time. Any settings or something that might cause the issue ?
Do you have a VPN active ? Because it works in France, me and my friends have downloaded it and even launched it to compile the shaders
I don’t have a VPN no. Maybe something is wrong with my account ?
maybe , have you recently moved from a different place? i moved from India to London just recently and my steam tracks my account as indian one. so you can maybe look through it
My account is very old (10+ years) and had not used it in that time but I have only moved from France to somewhere in France so I don’t know.
I’ve tried creating a new account and it works indeed. So it fixes the issue for this demo, but I lose access to previously acquired games x)
