Free VPS for a proxy server for PleX

Kinda a follow up of my previous post, where i finally managed to use nginx to process the plex requests from my parents home towards the server at my home via Tailscale.
This solution however limits the accessibility of my plex media server only to these houses and to devices where is possible to install Tailscale

So now i wanted to try to see if its possible set up in a similar manner a proxy server but located at a public recheable ip so i can access from anywhere i want without using Tailscale. So the question boils down to: does anyone know a VPS service with a free tier that includes unlimited or an high limit on data transfer (since the streams would go through the server), preferably costfree?

A few option i saw are Amazon EC2 instances (but they are free for a year only and data capped) and Oracle Cloud (not sure if suitable for this purpose). Are they good or should i look somewhere else?

PS: I didnt know where to posted, so if anyone could direct me towards a more technical sub i would appreciate it

Why would any company give you a free vps with unlimited bandwidth…

Oracle Cloud Free Tier with one if their ARM instances. Connect it to your home Plex server with Tailscale, Wireguard, etc. Then run the nginx proxy on the Oracle instance. They give 10TB of outbound data per month.

Your root issue is your ISP does CG Nat so you dont have a public IP address.

Pick you favorite port forwarding vpn provider as a way around this universally.

You’re not going to get anything quality for free.

Just pony up the 3-5$ for DigitalOcean, Linode, or AWS Lightsail.
