ExpressVPN won’t launch, update, or uninstall. Can anyone help?

I’m at a loss at what to do at this point. Never had this issue before.

here is the scummy part of them. If you want to cancel you need to navigate to their site (i diddnt try on mobil) and go to account settings to manage it.

There is a cancel subscription button but you literally need to press it three times before a prompt pops up confirming. i made the mistake of pressing it once over the course of 3 months when i kept getting whacked on my CC.

I had to press the cancel button three times then it finally canceled, such a scummy and pos part of their business. i intermittently need vpns so i usually do months at a time but after this i will actively avoid and advise against this service to anyone that will listen.

Restart the device and try

This happens to me also every once in a while. I run Microsoft’s ‘Program Install and Uninstall troubleshooter’ program. Always works for me. Fix problems that block programs from being installed or removed - Microsoft Support

Just cancelled, same experience with the non working button. Noticed earlier by chance.

If you are a paying customer in good standing, call custom support or login to the support website.
