My Express VPN say sit needs repair. When I repair it, it requires a system reboot. But then it cycles through the same issues and never resolves itself.
When I try to uninstall the app it gives me the same error that it cannot uninstall.
I’m stuck with a broken Express VPN app on my PC…

Terminate ExpressVPN prosess. Unistall it. Make sure nothing in startup mentions ExpressVPN. Reboot. Install prior version until ExpressVPN issues fixed version.
Had the same issue on windows pc. Delete the app first then update it. All is well then.
It will not work if you have a second VPN installed as a backup.
