Chrome Change Language to Webiste without VPN or Google Translate

Currently all the sites appear in Japanese, with the VPN deactivated in Google Chrome. My main language is Spanish. Others browser like Firefox or Opera are normal.

Uninstalling it didn’t work either, when I re-synchronized my Google account it put the pages in Japanese back in Chrome

I think I solved the problem, lower the Japanese language in the settings to the last place of priority in chrome://settings/languages
