I am currently on the macos sequoia beta preview and I don’t see the “Some system software may require your attention before it can be used” section. Connecting works, and I see the VPN configuration, but I’m unable to switch to different protocols like TCP.
Based on feedback from another Sequoia user, try Settings → General → Login & Extentions → Network Extension.
It is in settings under General > Login Items & Extensions > Network Extensions.
You should really update this and change that video that pops up once the app is installed on Mac.
