Can't connect to work VPN on Eero

I am experiencing the same issues from my eero pro 6E system with eero plus subscription ($99/year). I CANNOT connect to my work VPN (FortiClient VPN) from my eero network (wired or wireless), but I CAN connect from my iPhone’s hotspot. Therefore, something in the eero ecosystem is blocking my VPN connection traffic from reaching the distant endpoint.I am actively troubleshooting today, and I’ll post any fixes/workarounds if I determine any… /jusnix

UPDATE 1/9/23: Can only connect with FortiClient VPN over WiFi. CANNOT connect Dell XPS 15 9575 running current Win11 via USB-C-to-ethernet via network switch, nor via directly connected to the GbE port on the back of the satellite eero pro 6E. *sigh* Updated all network drivers and firmware.

I’m betting Eero’s dns queries still come from AWS though

Just tried connecting an old netgear router I had before the eero and I’m still getting the same error… so you’re probably right and it’s time to start troubleshooting from her company’s side of the connection. Appreciate the help!
