Did EHG team working to get resolve the region block for the game in some countries ? Like i cant connect to the online servers without vpn. I believe this maybe related to some ISP in my country but other games like POE dont have this issue for example.
Update: game is working now without VPN 
Unfortunately, if it is an issue on the ISP Side there isnt much EHG can do
Will need to contact your ISP. PoE had the same problem with various ISPs and routing
Also in Saudi I need vpn to connect

No i just tried, it’s working with VPN only.
Offline mode is working without VPN tho
