At my remote job, there are a lot of people outside the country that try to apply and work from their country unknowingly to the company. Usually our company is good at detecting it. We have a VPN connection set up on their computer that connects to the company’s VPN. It can detect the original IP address that they are connecting from. We also set up software to see what software is running on their computer to detect VPN software. However I believe some people have found a way around our detection methods. Is there any way to do this such as flashing the router with a VPN or any other method? There is one guy specifically that I think is absolutely outside the US.
