Yes you can use them but keep in mind you will face data and bandwidth limits with free vpns
I use a VPN that comes with my antivirus software and it works like a charm. I do a whole lot of torrenting with no problems. I needed the antivirus software and couldn’t believe the great VPN that came with it. Would be glad to share information with you if needed.
Why on earth would you need antivirus when windows defender exists?
