They don’t work very well if you have the keys to them. I got my longest streak then lost it to a bad urge that made mr willing enough to go through extra steps.

AppBlock is something I read up on. I have it currently on the free version it’s blocking 3 websites. I haven’t tried going to them, but 3 is better than zero. Paid gets a lot more.
Going outside/staying busy on productive things
Blockerhero is the best blocker one can get out there, I am using it daily.
I remember reading a great Frog and Toad book when I was 6. In this book Frog made a batch of particularly delicious cookies. They ate the cookies until they were on the verge of sickness. They both agreed to save the cookies for another time as to not eat all of them. As Frog’s proposed stoping blocks to keep them from temptation escalated, so did Toad’s willingness to plow over those stoping blocks. In the end, they fed the cookies to the birds.
Not sure if there’s a functionality on android based phones, but on iPhones, you can use content and privacy restriction from settings to block every ounce of porn, careful though, this will literally filter out a lot things related to porn or sex even if it’s a search on google. I’d advice someone does this for you so that you never get to know the passcode that’ll be set.
I did mine by closing my eyes to set the code, keep your hands in position as you’ll need to confirm the first random code you entered. This feature is also available on macs. Now I can’t access any porn in my phone.
Blocker Hero, it’s the best blocker for blocking Porn Sites and is a good restrictive way to escape but the problem is it is available only on the android system

Bulldog Blocker on Android is the best I’ve used. You have to actually use it tho. Enable the anti-uninstall feature and set the timer to at least 24 hours. That alone massively helped me stop using on my phone.
Maybe this’ll help you, maybe not, but it works for me: I made a promise to myself that before I’m going to break my streak, I’ll wait a few minutes instead of going directly to it, and I also look at a list of reasons not to do it that I have in my notes. It’s like convincing yourself that you’re not in a good headspace and to trust your past self, who you know was in a good headspace.

for pc i use the a9 web protection extension it’s free and has no limit on words or websites you would like to block and it protects you from malitious websites, to activate in icognito go to chrome://extensions/ , click on details next to the blocker icon, scroll down and activate “allow in incognito”
for the phone i have been using blockerX app it does it’s job but it’s shit allowing only one word + one website + one app to block if you want more you’d have to pay for premium plus it slows down google searches or halts them Completely, real pain in the ass but you have to make the best of what you got.
