Avast ONE VPN doesn't work anymore

Hello,

I have an avast one gold subscription.

Since a few days ago the VPN doesn’t switch on anymore.

I have tried a lot of different locations, the problem persist.

Everytime I try to switch it on I get a popup telling me that I am not connected to the internet and the slider goes back to off automatically.

My internet connection works normally for everything else.

I tried to use my neighbour’s wifi (different provider) the issue stay the same.

Any ideas on how to solve this?

Also I already tried to uninstall reinstall twice without effect…

I’m having the exact same issue.

I am afraid I could not solve the issue. Avast support was supposed to contact me back after a first attempt to repair this but they never did.

The only solution that worked for me was to reinstall windows from scratch. Then Avast VPN was able to function normally.
