Hello, i have never went to a circuit before and i know that you need tickets and that are pretty expensive but is there a spot or a way to watch some part of the circuit ? And if no is it interesting to go to zandvoort for the ambiance?

Not for free, but rent a airballoon with 6 people. Great view, a bit chilly sometimes, but the day of your life. 
You want to go during F1? Or just a random date? We were able to walk in and have a look around without buying tickets last year. I have to say this was during the week and there were no scheduled events.
Race experience (or how its called) was doing laps with Ferrari’s, Lambo’s etc. and the only thing we could not enter was the infield.
No way to get in, normal races you could get in at several spots. Well you definitely could back in the day.

NH ZANDVOORT has windows overlooking some parts of the circuit… They rent the upper area for 100e per person I think on race days.
For the race its not possible. Your best bet on feeling the ambiance is to go to Zandvoort and watch in a pub

There are some vantage points but the track lays in between the dunes, you need to be really high up to see anything and there is nothing physically that is that high.
One time years and years ago I snuck in the circuit through the bungalow park next door. Just walked in, got to some corner behind some bushes and climbed over the fence, easy.
But ever since F1 came back the security has been ramped up. Now there are double, even triple fences + barbed wire.
If you want to go anyway go to party in Zandvoort after the race.
We had tickets for last year but they were cancelled so we watched the race at home and afterwards immediately went to Zandvoort.
First race in ages and Max won so the atmosphere was insane. National holiday kinda vibe. Partied in the streets till insanely late, drank so much beer that I lost count, screaming “Maxy bedankt! Maxi bedankt! Maxi Maxi Maxi bedankt!” with hundreds of drunk partying people in the streets.
I would do that every year if I have no tickets and Max wins. Watch the race at home, take a train to Zandvoort (since 100K+ people need to get home there will be a LOT of trains going to Zandvoort that day).
Pretty sure thats not even a thing with the F1 event, there are helicopters flying in and out of the circuit.
If its not F1 event related i am pretty sure the air is closed.

Yes, i went there and it was great. You couldn’t see much though. Pretty sure you can watch it on TV as well.
I wouldn’t be surprised if the airspace over the track is closed during the race. So be sure you verify that.
It is also close to Schiphol, I lived 6km from Zandvoort my entire life and I have never seen an airballoon here.
