Oh I think I get it. You are in public wifi, you want to have access to the Internet using vpn to protect yourself from lan attacks but in the same time you want to have access to your home network via another vpn. You home network is too slow to use it as Internet proxy vpn it is just for accessing resources. Ok. I think this is possible. What operating system do you use?
