Does MaxMind show the correct information when you check your public IP? You don’t have to tell me what country you are from, but if you don’t mind, I am curious. And MaxMind updates their data on a weekly basis so there is a possibility they got incorrect data. I have seen it.
Also, just to clarify, you said Tarkov is blocking other devices connected to your home network as well - not just the PC?
Because if your IP looks good, then I would assume your browser extensions are manipulating traffic in a way that is triggering a WAF rule on Cloudflare. However, if multiple devices on your home network are being blocked, we can rule out the browser extension issue.
i don’t think it has anythign to do with the extensions, because i get the same issue when i try to log into the launcher, also maxmind shows me the IP adress on a odd way, with letters and “:” which is not how i am used to reading my IP, definetly does not look like anything from the "your IP: " part of the cloudflare error, as a matter of fact, the vpn i use (windscribe) shows your actual Ip while your are not using it, and that one also doesnt look like the one cloudflare says is my IP
Yesterday it started to work like normal, managed to get into the wevsite and play the game, i am assuming that the ip changed, but starting today i am back to square one, got blocked again smh
note: i checked with another website that shows the IPv4 (whatever that is) IP and it’s the same as the IP that windscribe shows, which atleast tells me whats its most likely my actual IP
Yeah, I guess since VPN worked on computer it is not extension related and we can probably conclude it is a geoblock. I would take the “Your IP” value from Cloudflare and put that into the MaxMind link I sent. Make sure that is correct, and compare to other sites like ipinfo.ion
did this, the IP that cloudflare shows and the one maxmin detects shows the same approximate coordinates, meaning it is locating the same address, well i am bumped as to what to do, if they all of the sudden decided to ban my country from connecting then i am toasted, there goes about 50 bucks, gonna try the modem thingy or ask someone else in my country to try the website *sigh*.
nope, not at all, i even gave them the Ray ID and they said something about it being an automated detection and they can’t do anything manually to help me.
wel… not really, i found out my ISP or Router automatically changes my IP from time to time, so i now can play again, but in like certain periods of time, i am on my 4th blocked IP so far :/.
