I have a code for Robocop for Brazil, usually I don’t have issues using VPN to redeem but I can’t get this to redeem, I’ve used tunnel bear, surf shark, express VPN, Total AV and all of them don’t work, the Microsoft website still connects me to the UK??
How do I get pass this? has xbox just completely stopped VPN codes?

Same problem mate, changed account region to brasil as well as using brasil VPN. You had any luck yet?

I went to the account settings and changed it to Brazil as well still says code was purchased in a different region
You don’t need to change regions to redeem codes and you just need to use an IP address from that region.
I redeem codes from Argentina, Turkey and Egypt all the time and never had to change anything on my account.
It changes back to uk when I sign in? I’ve changed region and billing address to Brazil on my account, deleted cookies used private search still auto connects back to UK after I sign into my Microsoft account on the website

No, you only use the VPN on the web browser, then it adds the game to your library when you turn your Xbox back on that’s it
does the redeem page still say youre from the uk?

Yeah got it from there, I read the code again and noticed it said Argentina region not Brazil like on the selling page, so was able redeem the code right away once I noticed that
Yeah it’s in English and at the bottom says Uk, only when I click to redeem page does it change to UK when I’m on the Xbox website it’s Brazil

This morning I bought Argentina keys for Sekiro and Nier:Automata and had no problem redeeming them using PIA VPN and like all other keys I have redeemed before, I never had to change my account region to anywhere but the US.
try deleting cookies, incognito mode or a different browser
Omg dude, I checked my key and it was for Argentina not Brazil… worked first try with Argentina VPN
Still no luck , automatically switches to UK everytime, I’ve tried phone and PC, this is so frustrating
