I still don’t know much about WARP sadly and due to the Discord ban in my country I more or less have to keep WARP on most of the time, so far I only tried PUBG so Roblox (also another banned game) mostly cause I saw my friends playing it, however I’m sort of afraid of games like, lets say Fortnite, as I once experienced a ban like experience probably because I had a Gameloop open in the background once and it opens a sketchy Chinese app in the background so it may be that, my issue got fixed but even the support agent didn’t knew what happened and if it was permanent or not…

I have played a ton of games with WARP (Blizzard/Activision, numerous titles via Steam) and haven’t had any issues. It’s possible that a game’s ToS might disallow VPNs, but that’s up to you to determine.
It’s hard to say, some games have in their TOS that you can’t use a VPN (which is all WARP really is).
Also some games anti-cheat will prevent you from playing entirely over a VPN, take Apex Legends as an example.
I found out the hard way a week or two ago that you can’t have the cloudflare service running or anything but disabled if you want to play Call of Duty or warzone online.
There are some bad actors using the Warp proxy to launch attacks. Recently, WordFence, a WAF for WordPress sites, began summarily banning all Warp exit IPs.
Many of the large corporate game hosts have a history of banning proxy access, and it would make sense for them to do the same for Warp.
It has also been common for games to check for 3rd party software they perceived as a threat to them, screen recorders early on, and even debugging and developer tools at one point that I remember.
For me, it isn’t the ban that’s bad, it’s the oftentimes inability to get through to someone to remedy/explain the situation or have a legit process to adjudicate the ban decision.
Damn that sucks, so far I haven’t had an issue with games like Fortnite, Forza Horizon 5 and Genshin Impact, I think games like Valorant straight up don’t open or so I heard
