Windscribe iOS app don't match with my custom plan VPN's who I can use in the Windscribe extension

Don’t know what’s going on but it seems like my Windscribe account on my Windscribe iOS app don’t match with my Windscribe Extension. There I can use the VPN’s I choose in my custom plan but not on the Windscribe App iOS, I must buy them again? What’s going on?

Having exact same problem on my iPhones…Happy to get the answer here, hopefully be resolved soon

There was a bug that went out in the last release that is affecting build a plan users. We’ve submitted a fixed update to Apple, and are waiting on them to approve it.

Don’t you guys do QA before release?

Frustrating. I am an mdm admin at work, and working with some of the vendors, its not usually them im waiting on. Apple.

Do y’all have an ETA when apple may finally approve it?
