Windows app refuses to login with "offline" error, but android app works just fine

As the title says, I’ve been unable to use my VPN lately on my PC due to it not being able to log in to my account as it always displays a “You appear to be offline” error. This issue does not happen on android, and I’m able to use Vyper on it without issue.

I’ve tried re-installing the VPN completely, but that didn’t help. Any ideas?

Same here, its been like that for the past week. I can only login from their website

Same here and customer service is not providing any real solution. All fixes seem obsolete.
