I just updated opera gx cause i saw there was an update and now cant find the vpn for some reason and under VPN pro theres just nothing??

Maybe it requires the (separate) Opera VPN Pro software to be updated? i.e. it fails to detect older Opera VPN Pro software version.
They’re both shown for me in Opera GX 112.0.5197.74 64-bit on Windows 11 23H2. I’m in the U.S. and using the US English locale in Opera.
Some other users have mentioned they have your same issue. Maybe the VPN is not restricted based on your locale.
You can goto the URL opera://about, take note of the “profile” path, close Opera and edit the “Local State” file in the profile folder. Make sure the country and country_from_server values are set to US and save your changes.
If that fixes it, it means the VPN is not technically supported in your region.
