I used dns66 and blokada for years, and then I found out the “private dns” feature. I’m using the adguard server: dns.adguard-dns.com. Doesn’t need any additional software, or vpn configuration. Of course, you look some flexibility regarding what is blocked, but for me it has been working fine (no ads pretty much any app I use).
Idk about an app but I use NextDNS which is basically your own private DNS you can configure with different lists to block ads and such. Costs about £1.99 a month for the basic plan but it works pretty well. Blocks ads on twitch, unfortunately you still get ads on youtube though.
Thanks a lot mate! Adguard wasn’t blocking my app drawer ads in HyperOS. with ControlID and turning off the show in app content setting, the ads have disappeared. You’re a lifesaver!
