Hulu Live buffering for anyone else? Just switched over from another service to watch the Mets. No issues on the other service, Hulu is buffering every couple of minutes again.

P-DEV320 error code constantly on Hisense TV with Google TV OS.

I can stream from other platforms, and I can stream Hulu on other devices. I have power cycled the tv, and router. I have uninstalled and reinstalled Hulu app.

I used the chat feature and the website and was told that my issue was due to my internet upload speed was below the 40Mbps requirement to stream Hulu. I asked for clarification, because the only speed requirement shown on Hulu.com is 16Mbps download speed for streaming in 4K. I was then told it was due to my 42ms latency.

Anyone with knowledge who would care to help?

Keep getting “an error occurred, please try again later” when trying to resubscribe to Hulu on iOS using Apple ID for subscription. So fucking frustrating. Guess they don’t want my money. Every other streaming service works flawlessly.

Having trouble with a specific episode of a show not loading. I hit play and the ad played, then it got stuck loading the episode. I tried the next episode and it played fine. I tried relaunching the app and restarting my TV, the one episode still won’t play. I’m running the app on a Samsung smart TV.

Kicked out of a show again cause it won’t finish playing and ad, thanks Hulu

Why wont my Firefox Browser automatically populate the login field with my email address? I have 300 accounts on the internet and every one of them auto fill the login boxes, but Hulu is special because you are now forced to type everything just to login.

I was blacked out for the first time ever today from watching the Phillies game on my local sports channel, NBC Sports Philadelphia. I’ve had Hulu for years and this has never happened before (I watch every game). MLB Network was also playing the game and appeared on my home screen when I first opened Hulu. I played the game from there for a little while and didn’t realize it wasn’t NBCSP until commercial break (broadcast was the same, commercials were different). But then suddenly access was restricted. I know from the live game feed on Reddit the same thing happened to all Hulu users in my area. I called support and was told I was in the blackout zone issued by NBCSP. This makes no sense, and I feel it has something to do with Hulu and MLB Network instead. If they wanted to make this game exclusively available on MLB Network that’s fine, but I ended up blacked out from both NBCSP and MLB Network. My concern is this going to happen again moving forward if there is another game on MLB Network.

I’ve been trying to watch My Hero Academia episode 101 (Dub) “Have a Merry Christmas” for 45 minutes now. It’s so bugged out. I’ll get the screen being black but audio still playing. I’ll get the screen frozen on a still frame from the show. I’ll get ads playing during what’s supposed to be the show. I’ll get the show playing during what’s supposed to be ads. I’ve had audio from the show while it plays video from an ad. Then it gives me video playing perfectly but no audio. I’ve tried watching on my Apple TV, iPhone, and desktop, and I’ve seen it do everything but play the episode correctly. The rest of the series doesn’t result in any of these problems and I’m so confused and frustrated. I’ve now resigned to listening to it while the screen is black, and somehow I’m 29 minutes into the episode with 12 minutes remaining, while it’s only supposed to be a 24 minute episode.

Is this episode bugged for anyone else? Or am I just cursed?

I have hulu on us through t-mobile but I’m unable to activate hulu on my ipad as the hulu ipad app isn’t providing a code. how do I activate my ipad?

Anything we try to watch, we get sound but the screen is just green, no picture. Graphics are fine on loading screen.

I cannot watch Hulu on an iPad air two. All other streaming platforms work website for Hulu works for streaming app cannot stream any show other than a live program.

Hi All

I’m not sure if this the right sub to ask, but I usually watch shows in the car when I’m parked or will listen to audio I’ve seen already (I.e., listening to a show such as Bob’s Burgers with the screen of my device laid down first and just listen as background noise over music).

I’ve swapped between android and iPhones (have never had this issue on the iPhone) the past few years and recently swapped to a Samsung S24+ and when I’m connected to android auto and trying to just listen to the audio of a show or something Hulu will not open at all and says something like your device you’re connected too is not able to support the stream or something like that and gives me the error code f653c05b-c. If anyone has any solutions to fix this I’d appreciate it!

Thanks <3

Device: LG TV and Smartphone

Issue: Won’t let me access Hulu due to IP address saying I’m not in the US.

My Hulu refuses to work on any of my devices, saying I am outside of the US. I have never left the US and do not use a VPN. Any advice on how to fix this? The help page did not answer many of my questions.

I’ve been getting billed twice for Hulu for quite a long time, probably years, and have been unable to resolve it with Hulu customer support. The charges are for slightly different amounts (usually on the same day, sometimes a day apart) but only one is linked to my account. None of the other email addresses I’ve ever used are associated with a Hulu account, nor are my girlfriend’s (we’ve been together for a decade so she’s the only other one who might have adjusted account settings).

The odd thing is that in June 2023 I updated my payment info in my one known account, as my debit card was about to expire. The charges persisted after that, though, and Hulu support suggested that because the accounts are “related” updating one must have automatically updated the other. Despite the accounts being so related, they have no way of checking what other account is being paid by my debit card. They suggested I dispute the second charge with my bank, but my bank says the only way to stop it is to completely replace my debit card. Even then, if I decide to keep my Hulu account and update it with the new debit card, that other account will presumably still have access to the new payment source, which means l’d probably need to start an entirely new Hulu account with a different email.

Does it seem to anyone else like a big security problem if unknown but “related” accounts can’t be seen by Hulu but are so connected that they automatically share payment info?

Im trying to log into hulu on pc but I need a mydisney account so I made one and now its telling me I have to pay even though I’m already paying for hulu and can log into every other devise with my hulu log in.
