Yeah there’s a known issue with app control. One of the signatures is blocking thunder vpn. Specifically causes issues on Android phones. There is a watchguard kb about it.

Notice there is no solution
So like the others said, either allow ThunderVPN in app control, or live with the pain until a patch fixes this
Temporarily allow ThunderVPN in app control. When issue fixed (search website) roll back and block it.
