I Just signed up with NordVPN and have it also configured with the browser extensions. however I’m running into an issue when it comes to downloading videos, I get the following message
I’m not sure what to do to fix this or workaround it or get nord and IDM to work with each other
Is this an issue with just one website? Or is it everything? Could just be the website is blocking your downloads. I’ve only seen this error when credentials are required to access the content. If not you can try a different server to make sure it’s not geo blocked. And also make sure idm is up to date.
It has something to do with with NordVPN as that’s the only software i’ve added to my system, I’ve been using Internet DM on the same site for years and never a problem it wasn’t until after I downloaded Nord that I started having the problem. I found out when I disabled the “Threat Protection” and removed the browser app, I was able to download again
