Recently I downloaded UrbanVPN after that in my ESET Nod32 Antivirus, notifications began to appear about blocking traffic from the site “google-search2.site”.
Should I download HTTP Debuger and see what data is passed there? What do you think it could be?

Feel free.
Why are you using a VPN, and why specifically UrbanVPN?
I didn’t know where this “random” detection of google-search2.site was coming from. But, this definitely seems logical (this is why it’s free). In the installation, after setup, it asks permission for ‘data’ or something. If you go to ‘settings’ of UrbanVPN. You will find ‘admin settings’ if you click it. It will open more options, and one being ‘Opt out’. If you click it, you will see a message about UrbanVPN NO LONGER be able to operate. THIS is what I believe is google-search2.site . It’s constantly sending ‘data’ via that link.
I don’t know about OP, but, I’m using it because I need South Africa VPN. It’s the only one I know that has a free ‘South African’ VPN in it. Even many, Paid VPN’s, doesn’t have South Africa.
