Tivimate does not load with VPN

Hey Guys,

when i‘m connected to a VPN my Tivimate does Not load. Im using it on Firetvstick. The Stick is connected via Ethernet cable. With VPN i have a stable Download between 60-90 MBs. I use CyberGhost VPN. Have somebody some tips or the same problem?

Try different locations with your VPN or just turn it off.

Using Proton VPN and not all the available servers work well with streaming, and some not at all. I have learned a list of which ones work over time.

Provider blocking use of vpn.

I use CyberGhost and have no issue with tivimate. Speak to your provider.

Sort of the same scenario for me. Tivimate only worked without vpn on Android tv, not at all with vpn on. However, I had a fire stick and tivimate worked with the vpn there. Turned out the vpn provider needed to adjust my account for it to work on the android tv.

I have an issue with my VPN and Android some times. I’ll need to disconnect and reconnect the VPN, and then it works.

Beware to all.Firetv Cube gen 2 are being blocked from installing tivimate,using any way of downloading it from downloader.Wow, Amazon is blocking tivimate and many apps.

That’s your provider not VPN.

If your channels aren’t loading in when launching TiviMate with Von activated then that’s your provider, if it’s not your provider try to clear the cache and force stop the app and re launch it
