Not really, “Paul Rudd” is the only “he” referred to in the title, “Conan” is being referred to as the name of the show.

Well with someone with absolutely no prior knowledge of the situation Conan is the guy’s name, and it’s not crazy to assume the host of the show would be the one in control of playing the clips.
Paul Rudd plays a clip from “Mac and Me” nearly every time he goes on Conan to promote a movie.
