Probably your level is lower than 30. If you dont meet with the requirements it shows you this message.
The promotion is only for people in NA (North America). I just logged in and was able to get a key. If you’re not from NA, it will show as being expired. All of their promotions have been this way for a long time now.

You were downvoted for completely misunderstanding him most likely. He is insinuating almost no one has leveled up to 30+ on there. At least no one that is coming from here and doesn’t live on the Alienware site. I imagine you freaking out and caring about downvotes probably caused more though.

Using urban vpn plugin for chrome, turn it on before opening site, then open site, login and try to get key, if something went wrong on any step, logout and close site, turn off vpn in plugin and turn it on again to change server, repeat until success, also sometimes it helps to open the site and then find giveaway on it after logging in, not from a direct link to it
I began in March, never missing a day, logging in America and then in a random country to get the extra 5 points for doing menial tasks, using the boosts and such at the end of the month, when you get 10/20 points for your daily login. I managed to get to 30 by the end of November and I’m about to reach the lowest Master tier.
Years ago it was faster. You posted (in a limited ammount ofc) and gained XP. Also voting on posts/comments also gave XP.
It took me 6.5 months. The last time they did a giveaway with a level 30 requirement, another guy in the thread said he did it in 5.5 months. So let’s say on the average: 6 months. Thread discussion here.
Make sure you login everyday and do the daily tasks. They’re not difficult and only take 2 or 4 minutes at the very most. Also, keep track of your points on a daily basis because their website is completely shit and full of bugs. Sometimes I found that when I finished a task or solved a puzzle, it didn’t give me the correct amount of points. I had to post on their forums (there’s a specific section for site bugs) and an admin fixed my points afterwards.
I kept track of my point progress on a daily basis using a simple text file. You can do whatever you want, but I’m letting you know upfront their website is buggy as hell. Other people who have been on that site even longer than I have have made similar comments.
