Going to do one of the cash back deals for like 80% off when it’s time to re-up. My point in mentioning this is that when you factor in the cash back, it’s a no brainer.
My one gripe with Nord is that I frequently get logged out on some of my devices, but I think a lot of people have this issue for some reason. If they fixed that, I’d have nothing to complain about, at least for my use case.

Seems u are confusing nordvpn product notifications (which can be disabled anytime in settings) with the actual ads. Get your facts straight.

Can confirm, but in my experience it only made me open a browser for the initial login, everything else afterwards worked as expected on Fedora and Arch.

Same here. I did some 3 year deal and I forget how much, but it was dirt cheap, where it’s like “if this isn’t good, I barely lost anything” — but to much surprise it’s easily worth what I paid and probably double lol.

EXACTLY! This is why I refuse to use the NordVPN app itself and instead, use the VPN protocol app. Literally, I never see an ad and my speeds are consistently fast with Nord.
