Setting up a custom DNS with shadowrocket

Does anyone happen to know how to set up a shadowrocket config file to use a custom dns globally (for every app and every network)?
I have no proxy/vps/vpn so the config should include only the dns. IpadOS 15.4, shadowrocket 2.2.2.

I really wanted to know how to do it in shadowrocket so I can manage the dns and change it from there, but thanks, yours is a great alternative.
