I’ve been a loyal Express VPN user for quite some time, but I’ve recently encountered a significant issue. Following a routine app update, I’ve been unable to access any online platforms, including Steam, Discord, and others. Despite the VPN app indicating that everything is operational, I effectively remain offline without any error messages.
Over the past few months, I’ve been in constant communication with the support team, trying to resolve this issue. Despite my efforts and adherence to their guidance - which included altering settings, reverting to an older app version, and reinstalling the latest version - there’s been no improvement. This situation is particularly frustrating as I have an active one-year subscription that I’m currently unable to utilize.
