Under number 2 Your Obligations as a player
"You have no right to use the services as an anonymizing proxy, VPN or the like in order to bypass the law resulting from the blockade by roobet.com countries. In case of violation of these principles, roobet.com reserves the right to block and/or immediately close the account and you lose all winnings/balance. "

Thats it CLEAR AS DAY
You can do it…but its not safe the risk is on you

Yeah, but this has never happened to anyone. You’re ignorant if you don’t think they know half of their users are on VPNs.

I mean I don’t know anything about anything, but chances are, legally, they have to put this in the TOS. They are licensed by XYZ gaming authority and they’re the ones they don’t want players from US (or whatever other jurisdiction) playing their games.

Edit: they know… on there end you keep connecting with different IPS or new locations im not a big network guy but im pretty sure they can tell who is on VPN
