RadminVPN Private Server Set-Up Help

Hi, everyone! I ran into yet another issue; I’m trying to host a server on RadminVPN to play with a friend of mine, but there seems to be a disconnect somewhere. Here’s what been done thus far:

*Both of our machines have RadminVPN installed

*My Config.json and Host files have my Radmin server IP in it

*My friend has the IP, following the “erupe.custom”, in their Host and Config.json files

*RadminVPN was on for both of us, with them connecting to the private room successfully

Strangely, I can login and play just fine, but they are having a “failed to authenticate” problem on their end. They can’t get past the login screen at all.

Am I missing a step anywhere, or is there anything that was done wrong/needs to be added? Being as a lot of the guides were pretty much nuked off of YouTube, trying to scrape together information on how to go about playing without the ability to port forward has been difficult.

Thank you so much for taking time to help me in advance, I ever so deeply appreciate it!

Do you see your friend’s connection on erupe console? Is there an entry in the users table in postgres?

Also, your friend doesnt need to run erupe, just you. You can dm me on discord (spanner) and i can help setting that up for you

I’m not seeing the connection listed…the only thing in the Users table when hitting “View/Edit Data” is my profile. Same on their end, too; just their profile only. Unless I’m looking in the wrong place. I’m really sorry for this in advance, Postgre is really hard for me to grasp.

EDIT: After a bit more trial and error, we’ll most likely just play solo for the time being. My friend’s a bit of a stickler for playing in public servers; never feels safe in them, even if there are good people in them. I do appreciate you taking the time to help, though!
