ProtonVPN with Opera VPN

wondering if anyone has tried using the above combo and what the cons are of doing this.

Opera vpn is free for a reason.

I’d used tor and for some reason it had been very slow.

Hence was looking at a browser that included VPN as a second layer of protections and the choices I saw were - Opera or Epic. Are there any others?

But the main point of the question is:

What are the pros and cons of using a built-in vpn browser with ProtonVPN?

If it makes sense then it is a question of selecting which browser.

If it doesn’t then which browser to use is irrelevant.

Seems that the main concern about Opera is Chinese ownership.

In that case, how reliable are networking products - routers, switches etc. that are made in China. Any concern about those as well

ProtonVPN é interessante … Uso e recomento, n vejo contras …

If you’re very concerned and want another layer, you may use tor browser with ProtonVPN, otherwise, just use ProtonVPN secure servers.

Spot on, dude. Was about to say it but you best me to it.

It’s not as stale as you think if you know geopolitics.

Don’t you know that Chinese firms are obligated by law to report all their clients data and activities to the Chinese Communist Party?

Não há problema nenhum. Traduz quem quer :joy:
